Unlocking Small Sites

Our practice conducts in dept and detailed field studies to assess development potential on underutilised spaces. Once we find a space we then reach out to the landowner to assess if they have the potential of the space.

We can then work with the landowner to create a strategy as to the most appropriate way to move forward with the site. Whether advising on the viability and feasibility of the site, securing planning permission for sale, connecting with appropriate developers or even developing the property themselves.

As well as our traditional Architecture role, we advise both public and private clients on strategies for unlocking small sites. Our aim is to encourage appropriate development within the existing urban fabric, activating underused spaces with quality additions to the built environment, in turn securing the greatest returns for landowners.
