Park Road

The proposal seeks to create a ground floor extension to improve the usability and flow of the existing space. The existing kitchen space is to be relocated to the extension with a downstairs WC, utility and set down area located within the existing kitchen area. One key aspect of the design of this space was to maintain a visual connection through to the garden whilst providing an acoustic break between the utility space and the kitchen/dining area. This has been achieved by proposing two glazed doors creating that visual connection.
